Who would come and take care of a few shingles that have turned upwards in the Oklahoma winds on the day before Easter?Daniel and Len from "The Roofing Guys", that's who!!I didn't think there would be any chance of repair before the forecasted storms Monday, but the guys inspected the roof and gave great input. They took care of the potential leak, Daniel will match shingles and have them for Len to finish the repair after the Monday rains.I'll let everyone know how things go later.

Our situation was a roofing leak that eventually was discovered because of ceiling damage in the master bathroom. The roofing guys diagnosed, estimated, and completed the work in a timely manner . Truly an overall positive customer experience.

The Roofing Guys are excellent. They did a great job replacing my roof and were very careful not to disturb the neighborhood as they worked. But the best thing is how they helped me navigate the insurance claim. My insurance company was very difficult, taking eight months to finally pay the entire claim! We got the full amount because we were patient and persistent, but mainly because the Roofing Guys know the requirements regarding insurance claims and building codes. I can’t recommend them more highly!!

I really don’t enjoy writing reviews, good or bad. They just take more effort than what I can honestly offer up. However, sometimes it’s the only way to capture an experience. This is that review.Back during the Father’s Day week of storms that hit so many people in my area. I too was bombarded by nature and found my self in a mess of damages and no real plan or funds to make things work. Stressed? Sure I was sweating bullets. Trying to stay faithful and just keep swimming day by day as I navigated insurance, contractors, new debt, loosing my job and finding my self in lots of brand new situations I did not want to be in.It might be an understatement, but the amount of knowledge required to navigate insurance and adjusters is monumental in scope and frankly I am not qualified for this. That’s is when I contacted Daniel Gregory from The Roof Guys.After 6 different local roofing companies came out, gave me the speeches and a 24 hour decision or the price would go up invoice if I were to use their services. I found a local review for Daniel that said he was a solid man and would not rip me off.I gave him a call and can I say. He is very intelligent, moreover he listened to where I was at emotionally and financially on everything and even though, ultimately it was an arrangement where money is exchanged and insurance reigned supreme in the process. He stood by me the entire time and communicated with the adjuster and kept a clear timeline and expectation of the job available for me with all of my uneducated questions.Insurance dragged their feet but as soon as they agreed to the work, he and his team communicated and got to work. Daniel called me and sent me pictures and ask for my thoughts on everything. Even though he is the expert. He didn’t make me feel like I was just a customer.What encouraged me the most was that Daniel didn’t once speak to me or treat me as anything other than a guy in need and he spent more time than what he was paid educating me and helping me to fight insurance from lowballing and cheating me out of the roof I actually needed.In the end, we concluded and it wasn’t an invoice in the mail or an email link to pay. He came to my house and shook my hand and made sure I was comfortable with everything and fully satisfied before final payment.Not a lot of contractors out there like that anymore. If there was one area of true criticism it would be on me. I should have called him sooner and didn’t waste so much effort and time stressing or trying to save a buck. I hope this roof last a very long time and will be referring him to my friends.

Len is awesome!!! From start to finish, dealing with my insurance company or myself,always professional, patient and willing to answer all questions.Excellent experience with the Roofing Guys, the crew did outstanding work, to me they were fast , cleaned up afterwards and their work is quality.Do not hesitate to hire this group of men, they are well worth it.

We had some roof damage which involved replacing damaged shingles and replacing rotted wood which enclosed our chimney.This company was very quick to come and address our needs and was reasonably priced. Dan was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what needed to be done.We set the appointment and Dan arrived on time and the work was efficiently completedThere was never any “upsell” pressure. Which was nice.Also I’d like to add that the area was cleaned up well after, which is always a plus with any contractor.I would highly recommend this contractor.

We came to Dan when we noticed damage to our roof. He was swift in getting over to our house, and was able to spot the issues with our roof and get an estimate to fix it, install new gutters, and do it all in a timely schedule! Dan was professional, and walked us through every step as detailed as possible. We would definitely use them again when the time comes!

This was the second time we used The Roofing Guys for a roofing job, the first was to do a repair on a leak, which getting a roofing company willing to do just a repair is a challenge in and of itself, and this time for a full roof replacement. I called them last week to get a quote and they honored their quote from when they did the repair last year without me even asking for or expecting it. Their crew came this morning at 6:30 am and the job was completed by lunchtime. The roof looks good and, bonus, the yard looks like they were never here they cleaned up so well. The overall experience was great and highly recommend these guys.
